for the Western Mediterranean 

CETMO is an organization which promotes cooperation on transport in the Western Mediterranean. The mission of CETMO is to "Improve transport conditions in the Mediterranean region, in order to facilitate commercial exchanges and movements of people in a safe, efficient and sustainable (particularly environmentally) way, and all with the general objective to sustain the socioeconomic development of the region and its people".
